I previously read this and still wasn't 100% sure. What I gather is that it has to have the certificate logo for a video to be used? In my case a music video.
Same with creative commons. On the 35mm stock footage collection, it states "You may download and reuse material under the Creative Commons Attribution License". Are all videos covered under this license or just those that specifically show the associated certificate logo?

On the RIGHTS section you say:
You are warmly encouraged to download, use and reproduce these films in whole or in part, in any medium or market throughout the world. You are also warmly encouraged to share, exchange, redistribute, transfer and copy these films, and especially encouraged to do so for free.
However, two sentences later you state:
Your right to use these films is granted by the Creative Commons Public Domain license when it appears on the "detail page" for a film. For details on this license, please click the Creative Commons license logo below.
What if your video has no "detail page". Also where is the Creative Commons license logo located?
